Valkyries
Jag vill för första gången på detta forum reka att ta er en titt på Valkyries (VPC.V) som är ett Lundinbolag som handlas på TSX Venture i Kanada
Bolaget investerar framförallt i Ryssland i lovande projekt som de erhåller genom det smått fantastiska kontaktnät som Adolf Lundin besitter. Bolaget borrar för fullt och ökar just nu sin produktion kraftigt
VPC sitter på ett antal intressanta oljefält och får i en strid ström nya oljeblock att utveckla. Lundinbolagen är numera bortskämda med en stadig grupp av investerare som ständigt tillför nytt kapital närhelst nya möjligheter dyker upp vilket borgar för fortsatt expansion
Enligt min mening är dagens kurs på 5,80 CAD klart undervärderat och är en direkt effekt av oljeprisets utveckling. Ja, men dettta har ju drabbat samtliga oljebolag tänker man kanske. Helt korrekt antagande men det som man missar är den enorma potential som detta bolag besitter utspritt på en rad olika tillgångar.
Min egen målkurs för 2005 är 8 CAD och 14 CAD för 2006.
Det är nu det börjar hända saker i detta bolag. Produktionen i det närmaste dubblas mot slutet av året och det borras under hela 2006 också. VPC tror på ett fortsatt stigande oljepris och säljer ingen olja på terminer.

Valkyries Petroleum Corp. enjoyed continued success and growth during the second fiscal quarter of 2005. Development and exploration programs are well underway on its projects in Russia and the U.S.
The Company also achieved a major step forward towards meeting its objective of building a world-class portfolio of oil and gas assets with the acquisition of the Lagansky project in Russia.
The Company signed an agreement to acquire a 70% interest in the Lagansky exploration block located offshore in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea. This block is directly adjacent to the Company?s Caspian Field development project onshore Kalmykia.
The Lagansky exploration block encompasses 2,000 square kilometres (494,000 acres) within the Central Caspian Basin which contains some of the largest oil and gas accumulations in the world. The block is located on a structural trend which includes the Rakushechnoye and Yuri Korchigan Fields currently being appraised and developed by the Russian major Lukoil. Lukoil has stated they expect Rakushechnoye to have reserves of up to 6 billion barrels of oil equivalent.
The Lagansky Block is one of the few remaining undrilled blocks in the prolific offshore North and Central Caspian basin which has yielded many of the world?s largest oil and gas discoveries of the past 25 years.
Considered a world class exploration play, this project has the potential to propel Valkyries to a new level amongst the junior oil and gas companies operating in Russia."
