Xact värdefond
Xact ska starta en börshandlad fond indexfond(?) som inte styr innehaven med med bolagens marknadsvärde utan efter en bestämd FA-metod.
Jag begriper inte riktigt om det är en indexfond som reglerar innehavens storlek med FA eller om det är en fond som handlas efter en väl definerad FA-metod.
Historiskt skulle investeringsmetoden haft 3% bättre avkastning än index årligen.

Det är en indexfond som följer FTSE RAFI Euro indexet, detta index i sin tur är FA balanserat istället för cap wiegthed.
The review of the FTSE RAFI Index Series, and the calculation of the fundamental
weighting of a company is carried out as follows, using the following factors as found in a company?s annual returns:
Sales = company sales averaged over the prior five years
Cash Flow = company cash flow averaged over the prior five years
Book Value = company book value at the review date
Dividends = total dividend distributions averaged over the last five years
