före, till en säsongsjusterad årstakt på 588.000 enheter,
visar statistik från handelsdepartementet.

reviderade 605.000 enheter (604.000).
Analytiker hade räknat med en årstakt på 600.000
enheter i januari, vilket skulle innebära en nedgång med 0,7
procent jämfört med december månads preliminära siffra.
Medianpriset sjönk med 15,1 procent till 216.000
dollar i januari, jämfört med ett år tidigare.

Det är rätt sinnessjukt att man drar verkstad i sthlm med dollarn att Usa drar är en sak men TA är ingen fundamenta men jag är övertygad om att du förr eller senare får rätt SPX- problemen är så enorma därute, det känns som marknaden inte ens kan ta in allt precis som år 2000. Jag har hoppat av positiva positioner men går inte short riktigt ännu. Förväntar mig en marginellt lägre low under andra kv.

Det är extrem bakåtsträvande.
Har någon avvikande åsikter måste man ta reda på varför och i detta fallet tyckte jag det var mycket märkligt med en kommentar som - det finns inget som talar för långsiktiga köp.
Reagerar man inte på det då är det fan allvarligt.
Om ni sen har problem med att man ifrågasätter, så är det bara att beklaga. Att ifrågasätta behöver inte alltid innebära att man vill nedvärdera, slå ned, hata sin motpart. Jag frågar för jag är nyfiken.
I arbetsmiljö stöter man alltid på olika åsikter.

Jag har aldrig sågat ngn med annan uppfattning och ja, jag anser att trillions outthere smooth things that is very ugly. Jag har redan i somras på highs hävdat att this is the real thing "epic bearmarket" men allt går inte straight down and FED had'd cuts with 225 p. I sådana bearmarkets kommer gigantiska rallies. Timing is everything. Sthlm hade 4 feb en intraday high på 988. det är täppt idag. Sen vet jag inte om du kanske har för starka känslor och blandar nationalekonomi med trading.

Samma mönster upprepar sig dvs när spx brött upp så tyckte många att uppgång att vänta. Och nu tycker många t.o.m tidigare bull att mer nedgång att vänta.
Jag tycker att är obvios för många tycker att vi skall ner men tror att nedgången kan dröja lite igen

Analysts at Bespoke Investment Group note that the year-end predictions for the Standard & Poor?s 500-stock index among a group of major brokerages averages out to 1591, nearly a 20% gain from Monday?s close of 1331.34. (That represents a decline from the beginning of 2008, when the average year-end target among the major Wall Street firms was 1632.)
The most bearish would be Merrill Lynch, which is expecting a 10.8% increase to reach a year-end target of 1475.

ett index på 47,3 för februari.
Indexet för affärsaktiviteten, det tidigare

Prisindex sjönk till 67,9 från 70,7.
Sysselsättningsindex steg till 46,9 från 43,9.
Orderindex steg till 49,6 från 43,5
Index över exportorder sjönk till 46,6 i februari från 52,0 månaden
före.
Leveransindex steg till 50,0 från 49,0 månaden före.
Från och med i januari började ISM att rapportera ett
kompositindex för tjänstesektorn, som kalkylerades som
