BOJ: JAPANS ÅTERHÄMTNING KAN FÖRSENAS - PROT



STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den japanska ekonomins
återhämtning kan komma att försenas, då stigande spänningar
på de globala finansiella marknaderna hotar exporten.
Det sade vissa av ledamöterna vid Bank of Japans
policymöte den 16-17 september, enligt protokollet som
publicerades på fredagen, rapporterar Bloomberg News.
Medan Japans ekonomi sannolikt kommer att "återvända
till ett tillväxtspår" bör man vara medveten om "möjligheten
att den gör det senare än väntat".
Ledamöterna var överens om att Japan kommer att
återhämta sig, och många sade att de ska vara vaksamma på
risken att låga räntor under en längre period kan
överstimulera ekonomin och göra tillväxten ohållbar.
Samtidigt med protokollet från policymötet
publicerades även protokoll från ett extrainsatt möte den 18
september då det beslutades att centralbanken skulle
tillhandahålla dollar i Japan för första gången, som en del
av en gemensam global centralbanksåtgärd./KBR

Japan Shares Plunge to Lowest in Two Decades on Capital Concern

Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Japan's stocks dropped to the lowest in more than two decades on concern tumbling share values will drag down capital at financial companies.

``In this kind of market that's moving without sensible reasons, only God knows what's going to happen tomorrow,'' said Yoshinori Nagano, a Tokyo-based senior strategist at Daiwa Asset Management Co., which manages about $96 billion. ``That's why people are so scared of what's ahead of them and sell whatever they have to avoid losses.'' `

The Nikkei 225 Stock Average lost 486.18, or 6.4 percent, to close at 7,162.90 in Tokyo, the lowest close since October 1982 and capping a four-day plunge of 23 percent, the most since at least 1970. The Topix index fell 59.65, or 7.4 percent, to 746.46, the lowest level since January 1984.

Asian Stocks Tumble for Fourth Day; Philippines Index Loses 12%

Ryssland har rasat 78 % men det krävs en uppgång med 453 % för att komma tillbaka till toppnivån. Det lär nog ta betydligt längre tid.

#7 Ja det lär det göra, men en fördubbling på ett par månader kan det bli (har hänt förr).

Det "linjära" raset innebär också att det inte finns några betydande motstånd på uppvägen. 

Gäller bara att hitta botten någorlunda rätt ;-)
