Resultatet var inte vad marknaden hade hoppats på. Ser ut att få fortsatt svårt. Några större nyheter verkar dröja. Delåret komer det 12 augusti något som vi får ta med en nypa salt. Handeln är mycket sporadisk något som gör många försiktiga.

Har Lundin Mining nya affärer på gång?

Har hört från en bekant att Lundin har planer på att lägga Tenke Mining i Lundin Minings. På detta sätt kan dom genererande gruvorna även förse Tenke Minings projekt med pengar. Tenke Minings projekt

Tror vi nu har nått botten i Lumi.  Den 30 maj har vi infoträff i Stockholm.

XL: Excellent. And aside from International Uranium, what other companies are you most involved with these days?

Lukas: Lundin Mining. We developed a copper/zinc mine in Sweden and then we bought another zinc mine in Sweden, and now we just bought a mine in Ireland.

XL: Yet another commodity - base metals. You?re positive about that sector as well?

Lukas: Yes, it?s been underinvested in for a long time. I think we?re in a supercycle.

XL: So, you?ve acquired the Galmoy lead-zinc mine in Ireland to take advantage.

Lukas: Right. We just got hold of it within the last two weeks. The company who owned it - Arcon - we closed the first acquisition last June, and by this June I think we?ll be making $7 or $8 million of operating cash flow a month.

May 2, 2005 - Silver Wheaton Corp. (Vancouver, British Columbia) is pleased to report record first quarter net earnings of US$5.2 million (US$0.03 per share) and net cash flow from operations of US$5.2 million (US$0.03 per share).

HIGHLIGHTS

During the quarter, Silver Wheaton sold 2.3 million ounces of silver at an average price of US$6.92 per ounce.
Total cash costs of $3.90 per ounce.

Cash and cash equivalents at March 31, 2005 of $24.0 million.

The Company is debt free, unhedged and seeking further acquisitions.


"Silver Wheaton is the only mining company with 100% of its revenue from the sale of silver, and expects to sell approximately 10 million ounces in 2005," said Eduardo Luna, Chairman and CEO. "We continue to aggressively seek further growth opportunities for the Company."
