Bullish Consensus Index, is scaled from 0 percent as the most bearish to 100 percent as the most bullish. The bullish consensus tends to stay in the range of 30 percent to 70 percent. At 30 percent an oversold condition is developing, whereas at 70 percent an overbought condition is developing. As the extremes of 0 percent and 100 percent are approached, a reversal in price is imminent.
